Can I order your products online?

Yes pharmacists can now order directly from Haddenham via the Pharmacy Shop

I can't find your product on the E.M.I.S database

Your search must include the words HADDENHAM and the material name, i.e. HADDENHAM VENI. The doctor's surgery should call EMIS's helpdesk on 0845 122 2333 if they cannot find the product they want. They will be able to tell them the key words they need to enter to find the product they are searching for. Of course the prescriber can still write out the prescription by hand.

I can't find your product on the SystmOne database

Your search must include the words HADDENHAM and the material name, i.e. HADDENHAM VENI. The doctor's surgery should call SystmOne's helpdesk on 0113 205 0080 if they cannot find the product they want. They will be able to tell them the key words they need to enter to find the product they are searching for. Of course the prescriber can still write out the prescription by hand.

Can pharmacies order direct from Haddenham Healthcare?

Yes, if you are an independent pharmacy you can order direct online, 24 hours a day.

New and existing customers simply need to register for an online account to begin ordering. It only takes two minutes!

New customers must pay for their first order by card (via our secure payment portal Nochex) while existing customers can also pay on account.

All accounts must adhere to our usual terms & conditions.

Do you charge carriage?

No, pharmacies are not charged carriage by us for our standard delivery service.
